Dallas Medicare Counselors

Attention Dallas County residents: The Dallas Area Agency on Aging provides services to seniors and caregivers, including FREE Medicare Benefits Counseling. 

Medicare Benefits Counseling is available by phone or in person (by appointment), Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Counseling is free and available in both English and Spanish

A Benefits Counselor can help guide Seniors 60 and older or Medicare Beneficiaries of any age. Information and answers to questions regarding:

  • Medicare and Medicaid
  • Social Security
  • Medicare Savings Program
  • Low-Income Subsidy
  • Public Benefits
  • Community Resources

REQUIRED INFORMATION

  • Medicare Card
  • List of Medications
  • Pharmacy Name & Address
