Chelsea Lang is Benefits Counseling Supervisor for the Community Council of Greater Dallas/Dallas Area Agency on Aging, where she leads a program that helps older adults, Medicare beneficiaries, and caregivers understand healthcare coverage, public benefits, and community resources. With more than 30 years of experience, including over 25 years at Parkland Hospital as a Senior Financial Counselor, Chelsea has dedicated her career to improving access to healthcare and financial assistance for vulnerable populations. She studied Business and Health Administration at Texas Woman’s University and the Dallas Community Colleges and is recognized for her expertise in Medicare, public benefits, and healthcare financial counseling.
