Dallas County is coming onsite to help you apply for utility assistance through the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). Get your application completed in person and get the relief you need!

? What to Bring (For All Household Members)
ID & Citizenship: Photo IDs and Birth Certificates / U.S. Passports
Income: Proof of gross income for the last 30 days
Bills: Front and back copies of your current electric and/or gas bills
Numbers: Social Security numbers for everyone in the home
Eligibility: Must be a Dallas County resident meeting federal income guidelines.
