Guest Speakers: Melinda Gardner, certified by the Texas Health Information Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), has been a Benefits Counselor with the Area Agency on Aging of North Central Texas for over ten years. She works daily with older adults and their caregivers to help them understand Medicare, Social Security, and other benefits. She also assists the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation in educating individuals about frauds and scams.
